i never am able to boot a kernel with bochs. my version hasn't got any GUI. where can i find a bochs version with a gui?

nuno, do you have a proper bochsrc.bxrc file?

you know, you can tell bochs to load from boot disk inserted into floppy. I remember some thread in this forum which is exactly about how to achieve this.

as for gui: Bochs with gui? No, I don't know. there is some gui version of the bochs debugger.
