Just sortof a survey (for no real purpose but curiosity)
Where'd you learn OSDev? College? from websites? Books? Friends? Hacking through OS Code?

I myself am learning through websites and just bought a book on Amazon, but where are you all coming from?

personnally, it's a mix of all: Tanenbaum theorical books, bits and bytes from courses at University, "80386 programming manual", Intel docs and pmode tutorial from the Internet, digging thru Linux Kernel or other projects like GeekOS ...

well i kinda think you learn it yourself, by asking others, a whole lot of reading, and experimenting.
