Virtual Machine TSS

Hello How can I set up a TSS to make it a Virtual Machine? And what else have I got to prepare it to work?

Can you expand on your question.

You can't set up the TSS to make it a virtual machine. A virtual machine is normally a piece of software which is or emulates a processor. Like the java VM.

Perhaps I wrongly descripted it. I want to run a task in v86 mode, I heard it is to be changed in EFLAGS, but it's hard to get it working knowing only that.
