final bochs question

how many people have gotten their code to work on bochs, then without changing anything work on a PC? im abotu to resume OS development, and i want to know if bochs actually works. when i used it before, my code worked on a PC, but noton bochs.

When BOCHS 2.0 was released...I didn't have to change anything...

I always compile and test on bochs after every minor change I make. If I've got my code to run on bochs, then I'll test on a real machine. So far, I've never had code that runs on a real machine and not on bochs. Guess I'm just lucky

Cool, but I have the problem that my code runs on Bochs, but not on a real PC ???

There is a change that Boch is setting a hardware setting that the pc doesn't set automatically!
Without the code, no way to tell exactly!
