we had some threads about implementing FAT on floppy disks recently and i want to fallow up on it. it ended up that only the BPB form the bing bootloader ever worked on my computers. none of the other BPB's ever worked. Did they ever work for any else?
Even the format tables from bing is still really buggy and its starting to bother me...... I want to get a good dissassembler and dissassemble the current format tables on fresh formated floppies.
