You could look at either my OSes source...or
find a tutorial on line...because that doesn't exist( i think )...but if it is really hidden and you get it...I would Really Like It Too!

I think getting this book would be illegal, because it is copyrighted and the author has expressly forbidden it from being made publicly available without a payment or express permission.

yes it is the real book .. i have the real copy and this pdf copy and both are same

sorry, but the first pages are quite explicit : you should treat the electronic copy as a paper copy : you are not allowed to pass it to any other person without deleting it from your system ...
moreover, the code can only be reused if you purchased a paper copy of the book ...

Well, it'll take you awhile for downloading this book with this speed
Anyway, there are also some other servers which hold the PDF version of the book - it's illegal so I won't show the URL...

well sorry guys actually when i download it it wasnt that slow i dont know why but yeah u r right its really dead slow now but if some one really needs the boook he can start the downloading and sleep

a slow connection and at the end that downloaded
file didnt worked >:(

( I did have that bad download thing happen to me...download "FreshDownload" at www.freshdevices.com to fix that...it's never messed up a file even when rebooing and downloading and Ctrl-alt-deleting! )

Anyway...back on topic...
I'm not downloading that book..what use is it if I can't even test it's code?:'(
