Ozguxxx: I'm not an moderator in here, but I kinda think that showing respect to other members of this messageboard is very important. I think that Paul already realized that most people here are interested in source code and not a binary. There is no reason at all in the world for you to have used the kinda of lanuage you did even though it was 'censored'.

I dont remember reading anything that said I must share my code or anything else for that matter, I think that you have no business speaking like that to anyone, if Paul chooses to share his code then good for him, if he doesn't then good for him aswell, this forum is here to help other developers, while the idea is to share your knowledge with others it has never given me the idea that I MUST do so, it is people like you that treat other people this way, that cause people to not want to share their code.

Fair enough, you are entitled to an opinion, but you do not have the right to speak trash like that at anyone, you need to learn some respect.

PlayOS, I know that I nave no right to talk to ANYONE in that manner I am sorry about that terrible message but I do not agree that:

because if you downloaded the file; it contains an image file(of 1.4 Meg) and another executable file which I did not test on computer, do you know why? Because I cannot trust anyone in that context, this file might be formatting my hard driver(very very simple example) and as I was expecting to see a kind of OS stuff, I will see very bad things happening to the computer that I am working with. I am not saying that Paul is a maniac who is trying to hack everybody's computer but these things happen in real life. Also I cannot understand how people could dare to test the image file on their computer. I accept that I had overreacted but I am NOT completely regretful. There are no restrictions on what people can send here, so people are trusting each other based on mutual respects but I am sorry these respects are not enough for me to test a 1400000 bytes of code on my computer without knowing anything about author. If anybody had encountered anything like this, at that moment he/she would be swearing Paul. (I though everybody knew the rules, a person is not permitted to send executalbe or any kind of other exes to forums: For example Planet-Source-code) This is the end, this debate got too long, I think we should not make the forum busy about this nonsense, please mail me if you can at [email protected] (BTW, I can talk with everybody about fetishizing stuff -Not Marx, dont be afraid :-*- but I do not want to take more space so if anyone wants we can talk via e-mail.)

For a final note, I agree you should be skeptical about what you run, if you do not know if you can trust the person it is a dangerous thing, however if you read the replies of previous posters in this topic you will see that no one said that they had problems with it, they just wanted to see sources. So it was clear that THIS binary was safe.

if you don't trust the disk image, then run it in an emulated hardware ... or on some crash-test-machine ...

and i wonder if you would have checked for a reformatting code if you had to recompile the sources ...

As a final note: Pype.Clicker I HAVE NEVER tried to run the src on the computer that I downloaded before I got what exactly is trying to do. Also a person who is trying to reformat my hard drive does it in a more logical way I mean if he does lots of ins and outs in the code I will surely be suspected of the code. Also trying on an emulated machine might be a good idea but firstly not all the freeware emulated machines gives people all the features availabe on a real machie and also not everyone can think this at first time. Please do not just try to blame me for this post. I know that I should not write these silly things there. But again I am NOT completely regretful.
