Partcopy and CHS

I am having problems with partcopy. Maybe
the command line is not clear to me, I cannot
read high sectors off my disk.

Is this correct:
partcopy -h0 [byte offset] [byte size] [filename]

I believe it is because it does not use the extended
int 0x13 functions, but it does not work with the
port read either.

Also has anybody noticed their fat headers are
wrong? this is from a fat32 partition:

C,H,S
Real: 77545,16,63
Header ,255,63

forgot, the heads in the header are
for int 0x13, to meet the limitations
of the cylinders
