Loader Again

Hello,
I've make a bootloader myself with MASM that
loads a C-executor to the memory and gives it control
then, the C/Exec loads a kernel written in DJGPP
to memory and relocate it and give the kernel control
but the loader seem to be not working ...
Any one help, thank you.
