Board update

I've added a litte code to the board.cgi so it will
automatically breakup lines over 60 characters, but only on
spaces.
I'm also backingup my mysql tables on a regular basis now.

So in other words, if I make a really long sentence here,
and blab on for a bit longer, then it should break this
extremely long sentence which should be at least 60
characters long by now.

and as of right now you can even incude question marks
