OSDev Wiki started

The OSDev Wiki has been launched and can be accessed here. If you aren't farmilar with what a wiki is you can read about it at Wikipedia. OSDevWiki does require permissions to modify unlike some wikis. The reason for this is to keep the wiki from trashed with spam. An initial set of 42 users were automatically granted editing rights to the wiki. These 42 users where choosen because of the amount of involvement on the forums.
