Events processing : request for comments

This is a question for relatively experienced devlopers. I plan to implement an event processing architecture in my OS (Clicker32), but i'd like to have other ppl's point of view on my draft http://clicker.sourceforge.net/docs/cake/events.html before i start coding it ... thanks for your help
