Its a very simple OS, 16 bit real mode and hardly any FAT support yet but I do have some neat new ideas within my OS that may interest some here. Don't expect it to be the best thing you ever seen since it is based on myself learning about this stuff, but it does work and get the job done.
The whole OS is coded in NASM and is very fast even on the oldest computers you can find. I just wanted to design a OS to control my robot projects but it has become more of a project then just that.
Can anyone here point me to some 16 bit code to write to the FAT, create new files on a FAT12 formatted disk? I wont copy it I just need some good examples. Thanks, KG.
