Registration temporarly disabled

I still have more upgrade steps to go through before I can start re-enabling extensions on the wiki and forums so to prevent any spam I'm going to leave registration disabled until tomorrow when the upgrades are complete.

Forum registration is re-enabled. Wiki editing is still temporarily disabled, I except to have it enabled again with spam prevention measures in the next 24 hours.

Thanks, prosilver is a little blue for me and I wanted something that was more gray like subsilver2. I thought "Flat" had a nice clean modern look.
Wiki editing and login with phpBB accounts should be working now.
