"I don't get MP3", just because I messed up my Sound-card, so... But I do get MIDI's, put them in music-sheets and (try to -the program doesn't work very well-) print them out, so I can play the songs.

I think you can use Mozart for 30 days... Finale isn't free! But I think there is a free version of A Capella...

I use Kazaa Lite. No spyware my @$$. I get those annoying pop-ups from IE while I didn't do anything for that. I loved Audiogalaxy, but because it had to be shut down, the only option with some quality was Kazaa. It's still crap, though. You can wait months before a 1Mb MP3 just STARTS to download.

WinMX and a little bit of Kazaa Lite... But after they included the multiple server downloading thingy on WinMX, it's hard to find available files...
Aside from the fact that I limit myself downloading MP3's from the 'net, since they are often encoded with crappy encoders/bitrates...

Yes WinMX does seem to have trouble on getting sources... The multi-point downlading really doesnt seem to be all that it is cut out to be.... It just splits the Downlading rate between 2 users in most cases... But it is still fine if there are people that only have like 23% of a file, the other user just pics upafter it... Aslo if a user leaves or youget disconnected...
does Kazaa have remote queueing?

KaZaA Lite is good. Get Lavasoft's AdAware (
http://www.lavasoft.com) to remove KaZaA's spyware, and yes, SMG240 it does have remote queueing.

I get a lot of music from cds believe it or not.
I usually rip the entire thing onto my computer and compress it as ogg these days though.

I still buy CDs, but usually "sample" them first.
