I was talking about notifications icon.
The notifications use to know if someone was replied
to your topic.
Brian had replied to "scrolling in sci0" topic but i didn't received the notifications by e-mail.
But the notifications option is work in this topic. I wonder why.

I found what's wrong. I clicked on the "notifications" not on "notify". That's why it doesn't work.
Sorry. False alarm folks.
