Sticky topics?
Locked topics?
Sticky locked topics?

Sticky topics stay at the top of the board always even if someone post something in another topic. The same goes for the locked sticky except the locked one you cannot reply or edit anything. When a topic becomes locked nobody can post anything in it or edit any thing they said.
