for all of you that are more related to os development than me:

which is the smallest set of thins that a kernel shoul have and still can be named kernel?

because i want to set prioritys and i am to new in this

i have a thing that still cant be called kernel jaja

sorry by the english ( im argentinian )

Well, you might take a look at the design's of the QNX Kernel and the L4 Kernels.
Those should be at least close to minimum.
