The one in my hometown is quite good.

In all seriousness: This is way to vague of a question. Libraries for what?

If you are in the U.S. I recommend the library of Congress. New libraries are less likely to be stocked with first editions, papers, and photographs.

The new library in my city made it on to the NY Times list of 52 places to go in 2019: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/201 ... &smtyp=cur
