any book on big data ai influence on system performance

normally big data ai is not my specialty and i normally do not pay attention much but i believe those emerging discliplines are impacting or driving, influencing the infrastructure hardware os. normally in ballpark, i think big data and ai are requiring bigger, faster storage and faster processors and gpus. i am wondering any good book on further detailed analysis on how these disciplines impacting os and hardware development trend?
