Added page QEMU_and_GDB_in_long_mode explaining what I did to get QEMU+GDB to work with long mode kernel, because it seems that this issue has troubled people before. Also added a 'see also' link to QEMU.

Good job! You should add a link to the GDB/QEMU sites respectively, either as a subpoint with an explanation why, or just as a reference.
