WinUAE as an emulator for a kernel

Hi
Does someone has already fun to code a kernel using WinUAE? Everything is very well explained in the RKRM and it should/may be simplier than the x86 world (?).
Someone has a toolchain to compile 680x0 file format with AmigaOS ?
Thank you
