xhci in PrettyOS

The xhci module of PrettyOS (www.prettyos.de, we are interested in new developers, currently 3 persons are working on it) now runs control and bulk transfers at real hardware. A user program has been loaded from a 16GB FAT32 memory stick. PrettyOS now offers uhci, ohci, ehci and xhci.
