Color in ANSI C programs???

hey, how is everyone?, well lately I have started learning C and I havent been able to use any type of color routines... are there any ou there that come with examples?, I am using a DOS system for testing and I am using plain ANSI C and I use the Turbo C 2.01 compiler.... please any help would appriciated...
