Some love to the wiki

Hi all,
Ive been thinking this awhile, and while im a very little contributor to OSDev i thought id share my thoughts.
I think the forum and wiki need to be closer co-operating. I think a general reorganisation to suit what people commonly ask for would be good for the people looking for this information.
A bit of an update too.
im sure it if it was intentional but C++ barebones NASM code has jmp .test instead of jmp .dtors_until_end.

will keep an eye open for anything else.
