I'm currently using virtual floppy image and qemu
now i want to use real floppy and hard disk.
how can i use dd command to this?

For sure. You've various alternative tools such
Rawrite,
Partcopy etc. One hit on the google shall reveal dozens of these tools. This
wiki page is handy.
