Higher Half kernel tutorial using 32-big-paging

Hi
I thought, somebody might be interested in something like this... ;p There is a tutorial using the GDT trick, but none (until now) using paging.

I hope it is useful for some. I know I'm not a good writer (or at least it feels so for me), so please help me in improving the tutorial (i think the code is more or less ok, but still: comments on the code are welcome too
