you change the config file of course, for grub. Its called menu.lst.

lilo is different, you must change a config file then run a lilo program to activate the changes, i forgot what though.

Look at the manuals. man lilo, man grub, on a shell.

hi,

I don't know about lilo. But as far as grub is concerned you have a menu.lst file as Moose said.

Here is a sample menu.lst
