Confused of developing...

I am confused of this developing, I don't know how to set up the IDE... Can you someone help me with it? I have Yasm compiler and grub. I am working in Windows XP.
I hope you realize that knowing how your tools work is a prerequisite for OS development: If you can't invoke an assembler (which is not a compiler), how would you look trying to use it for something far more difficult? Please do read the safety notices before you embark on this dangerous quest.
That said, please look up the IDE in question on google, use meaningful thread titles, fix your ambiguous grammar, and most importantly, ask smart questions so we actually have a starting point for helping. Congratulations, your first post just violated three forum rules.
