I need a good VGA specyfication including all registers spec. I have some tuts but its no it. I would be very greatfull for some links, tuts, anything.

Do a search on 'VGADOC'

I don't have a specific site, but it used to be all over the place.  Contains standards CGA/EGA/VGA register sets, as well as some of the accelerated chipsets (such as the Mach64).
