i'm sorry but i really don't know how to make boot loader for usb. i can make boot loader for floopy. can you give me a literature?

For a start, why don't you look into the second part of OSDev site - the OSDev Wiki?

@a07859: "usb stick" == "USB Mass Storage Class device". Search the Wiki. (search for "USB ... devices" not "USB ... device")
