USB EHCI: beginning address of the Periodic Frame List

Post by ehenkes »

Try to write a host controller for USB - EHCI: "This 32-bit register contains the beginning address of the Periodic Frame List in the system memory."

Do you write the virtual or physical address to this "PERIODICLISTBASE - Periodic Frame List Base Address Register"?

Was this so hard for anyone else to answer? Let's get physical, physical... etc. Sheww that took two seconds, I'm tired.
Yes, I see that you have proven it, but my question was, 'How did you know that would work?'.

You could try waiting more than half an hour for a response. Some of us don't check the forums every minute of the day, and we're all in different timezones.

Yeah, well it was viewed like 11 times before I made a post and at least 4 members were logged in and viewing this forum, so...

Chances are none of those members knew the answer. It makes you look a lot better in the eyes of the community if you just answer the question rather than make stupid comments.
