Hey all,

Quick question around laptops (specifically any new ones IE: later than 2006/7).
Are all laptop keyboards / trackpads and joystick-mice connected via an internal PS/2 or are they hard-wired to a USB controller and subject to USB->PS2 legacy emulation during boot stages?

This would be a hard question to answer, surely different vendors handle it in different ways.. on a multitude of unique models.

Indeed, both of mine seem to hook up with PS/2 like controller, but my uncles uses more of a USB kind.
