Hi PJ,
The moderator who edited your post (not me, incidentally) meant absolutely no offence: I read the original post and although not perfect the English was perfectly understandable. I apologise on behalf of the moderators if that was offensive. The reason it was edited is most likely because we have many people here like yourself who have English as a second/third/fourth language, and so although a native English speaker would have no trouble seeing the meaning in your words, for it to be understandable to other non-native English speakers, a little editing was required.
I've leave the answering of your question to those who know a little more about the Solaris kernel than myself!
Cheers,
James

I completely agree with JamesM in respect to my intentions.
He will be okay. It is not good to have shame, but it is impossible to avoid. I have had a lot of shame but I have also been very honorable. My intentions were not to create shame, but were instead directed to improve the readability of the post to hopefully create more responses. He created the shame based on how he wants to live his life, culture, ect.
I would feel shame to take away his shame for today he may be weak but tomorrow he is strong. I can not deny him his right to become better. It is shame that drives him to be better. I am wrong to take it away it is not mine.
I think where he lives shame is different than the shame in western culture.
Have a good day
