The first entry into the File Allocation Table (FAT) is 0 or 1?

If u mean what I think u mean, then its 2.

FAT entries 0 and 1 are reserved and dont actually exist in the FAT table so you need to subtract 2 from the number to find its actual location in table.
Vice versa when calculating the FAT entry number.
