How to rename wiki articel withot removing history?

How to rename wiki articel withot removing history?

How can I rename a wiki article without removing the history? Like creating one new entry, moving all the text and leave a redirect at the old page?

In this case I like to rename USB to Universal Serial Bus.

In some sense, it's easier to just create a redirect at the NEW entry, back to the old entry. In this case, I think both names should exist -- but I really expect that more people will search on 'USB' rather than spelling it out. Moving the article seems more drastic than necessary.
