i have tried that tutorial and kernel is compiled. but when i trying to boot kernel with grub the computer just reboots
can any1 help me?

A shame there's a difference between noobs and newbies. Noobs should not write an OS, newbies are good enough to not need a separate forum. Given the obvious failure to follow posting rules and the sms shortcuts, I suspect this person is an example of the former.
I still remember my first question. Bit of a shameless plug but a good example of a good
newbie question which I wouldn't want newcomers to put in a newbie's forum and have it go to waste:
