All I meant for being apprentice is that I need someone who would help me find answers to my questions when I could not find it in all books which are available around. That's it. Outside of here, the newsgroup alt.os.development is a great resource as well.
Thirdly, some of the links off the "Developer Links" (above) also contain web-based message boards (although I still believe this one to be of the highest calibre).
