scsi docs

I've been searching for quite a long time for documentation about SCSI, but I never found something like ATA ... Why?

You have to pay for the scsi specs.

Also, while scsi may be standardized, their interface cards aren't.  Each interface card has a different API, so you'll probably have to search for each interface card's interface (man that sounds weird... :) separately (or search through the Linux sources...)
