Is there a website that has EVERYTHING about OS development from bootloaders, to graphics, to mouse routines, to Bios to .....

You get the point ^_^

I just published my own OS, written in nasm-assembler dialect. It is very well commented. You will find debugged code there and answers to all Your questions. Look at my homepage
