What can't you do with the keyboard? You can't map an IDT? You can't store the character in a buffer?

If you're just starting to write you OS, I highly recommend these tutorials: http://osdever.net/bkerndev/Docs/intro.htm
My OS is Perception.

Absolutely no offense meant, but if you cannot read technical documentation in English, you will have a hard time doing any significant system development. It's a required skill, just like being able to write in your programming language of choice.
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

Also no offence intended, Is there any specific reason this arabic speaker has to be a man?

I know quite a few talented developers who are female..

But as Solar said, A lot of documentation and specifications are in English, Might be a nice skill to obtain.
