The PDA

Would programming a PDA OS be possible, if so how - and what difference or different languages would I have to use
I plan on porting my OS to a PDA after intel, actually (and possibly my IPOD as well).For ideas on how to go about this, just take a look at linuxdevices.com for information on how linux was ported to some PDAs.
