The front page of OSDev.org should be.....

After people have had a chance to vote I'll chage the starting/default index page.
I think the current homepage suffices, as its not biased towards something and allows the user to quickly notice theres both a wiki and an forum.
Maybe you could put the wiki link above the forum link to hint people to read rather than ask and be answered with an url
