Manpower Needed

Hello,
Generally I don't do this but as we all know good manpower is hard to come by. I have a fairly new project well maybe not its 14months in the making. It is the UbixOS project some of you may or may not have heard of it our official website is www.ubixos.com it hasn’t been updated recently but we are going to be updating it shortly. The crew also hangs out in #ubixos on irc.undernet.org.
Here is where the problem begins we have a working kernel its a hybrid not quite monolithic not quite micro kernel. The os is capable of multi tasking it has a vmm as well as lots of other things. We are far enough ahead that there are defined sections that need someone to take over.
Such as our libc we have some basic stdlib and stdio done, our file system it’s in its early birthing stage but it’s working. Possibly someone very familiar with memory management would be useful.
So if anyone is interested just let us know.
