call the send package funtion from above level ,
but I cannot find the Initerrupt hanlder function work.
please help me? if anyone who have the source code of
dp8390 , please send me a copy. thanks!

DP8390 ? this is the NE2000 chip, right ?

You may want to google for a pdf document titled "DP8390D/NS32490D NIC Network Interface Controller (july 1995)"
and "Writing Drivers for the DP8390 NIC Family of Ethernet Controllers" which is application Note 874 in July 1993. They should both be freely available on the web.

btw, there's some ne2000 code in the mobius aswell as in clicker

and, btw, considering the repetitive job of outportb there's here for intialization i'd be rather using
