WTF 13 year olds who know nothing want to make an OS?!

WTF is that?
every second post is a 12-13-14-15 years old kiddy who programs BASIC, knows nothing about assembler and wants to make an OS?!
making an OS is one of the most complicated things that one can do, and if you can't code a simple "hello world" application how would you go and make an OS?
("writing a compiler is 3 times harder than writing an application and writing an operating system is 3 times harder than writing a compiler").
what drives me nuts is that most good-helping people actually sit and EXPLAIN this kiddies how to do stuff while all the explanations and time goes to waste since you should first send them to study the BASICS!!! (hench, not BASIC).
in order to write even the most simplest OS you need to have a lot of background information, system architecture capabilites and even hardware architecture experience where needed, not to mention *strong programming capabilities*! you need to master the compiler, and yes, you NEED asm.
comments like: "i n33d a driv3r for VGA, mouse, how do you boot in basic?" and the best "My computer did not reconize mov Dose any one have an assembly compiler that works?"
give me a break, this forum is indeed targeted for beginners help as opposed to other "we think we're so good" forums but the moderators should maintain a minimum level of questions. below that threshold, please, delete and forward the author to a C book or something.
if you are one of those kiddiez reading, PLEASE, go study the basics and then come back with some meaningful questions, write APPLICATIONS before you write an OS, and write complex applications not HELLO WORLD, or tetris!
for the other people, please, STOP ANSWERING THEM, you're wasting your time, its hard and sad to see that, your time has a value.
