I've decided to shutdown the Drake project for a few years until I've got the know how (universite is so sooooonn). Should I release what I got for people to play with (public domain, but not _directly_related to the Drake project as I'm not monitoring/working on it.
Cheers, DH
PS. I once said that I refuse to be stuck at the "hello world" stage, well: I won't be for _too too_ long.
Release?
Re:Release?
If the project contains code which can be of any interest or use to others, then I think you should release it.
Re:Release?
Especially under Public Domain. It's not like any big company will pounce on the opportunity to rip off your OS code , and it opens some possibilities for others.
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.
Re:Release?
I've decided not to release because it's probably full of bad programming habits and doesn't do anything worth releasing. I'll be around now and then.
Cheers, foamys on me: DH.
