I know. It was another developer here that wanted to have fun. For non-swedish speakers, "verkligheten" means "reality". "Värk" mean "pain", so it becomes kind of a joke.

What? there were several just last month.. surely if someone has something they want to show off they know where to post, this topic was made "sticky" for that reason.

Just wait until I get home... Been fiddling with JavaScript + SDL for a while...

EDIT: too bad, matt(not sure really) broke SDL by changing the default modes to 24bit(they don't quite work with everything). If anyone wants those demos on linux, just ask :) .

Sorry for the delay, I manage to get SDL working by setting BPPs to 16.

Now presenting the best way to do cool graphics: JavaScript (v8) with SDL support.
Enjoy: http://kwhq.net/pedigree/.

PS: If anyone wants the actual working demos (all code is there) or a youtube entry with the "alive" demos, just ask (lazy enough to not do it without a request).

Impressing. This looks like one of the few projects that has reached a more mature stage.

OK, so I'll post another picture from RDOS (which is part of a comercial application, but where the basic "widgets" are in RDOS C++ classlibrary). This is the dialog used to setup volume and balance for the sound card:

Another one. This is from a Windows host remote debugging a application running on RDOS. I've put a breakpoint on a form loading a label. I can run the debugger (in text-mode) on RDOS as well, but remote debugging over TCP/IP is so much more practical.

There's a 'u' in colour...

Just kidding! ;¬)

Always nice to see people making progress, sadly, nowhere near anything I'd want to post but I have something to shoot for, now, eh? :¬)

First, color could be a Spanish word
Second, even if it is written in English, color is an accepted spelling coming from American English
