yes there is -- unless you have a very old revision (my old copy has it also -- i just checked), or they took it out of the latest revision

(page numbers are for revision 12/16US)

so both of my hard-copies have it (im waiting for the new ones to become availible and then ill get updated ones, but i very much doubt they will be any different) -- look at the top of page 9-6

so do you mean (by that reference to the location of the new manuals) that they took that whole section out of the more recent revisions? because you said that in your copy, there was no subsections under section 9.1... thats strange
