Even putting the gamification stuff aside, Discourse is hardly anywhere near being "production" ready. And if you also consider gamification, it's just not worth anything.

You know, theres a good saying. If it isnt broke dont fix it. I love these forums. I read them everyday and enjoy seeing people progress on their os. I think part of the reason for fewer posts comes from being too busy to work on their os (my situtation) or they arent running into any problems. Ive used PhpBB for a long time and I like it. Trying to improve something that in my opinion is already awesome is worthless. However some snow during christmas and a santa on our logo would be neat ;)
